Zone Zero Altadena / Privacy Policy
Effective July 21, 2026Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you submit the assessment form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, property address, the type of work you are interested in, and any notes you add. We also receive standard technical data (IP address, browser type) through our hosting and spam-prevention providers.
How we use it
Your submission is used to check your property's fire hazard zone status, prepare a compliance assessment, and connect you with a CSLB-licensed contractor who can perform the work. That is the purpose you gave it to us for, and it is the purpose we use it for.
Disclosure: this network's operator also owns a fence contracting company, and fence-related inquiries may be referred to it. You are never obligated to use it and are free to choose any licensed contractor.
Who we share it with
Licensed contractors who respond to your request, and the service providers that operate this site: form processing (Make.com), spam prevention (Google reCAPTCHA), hosting (Netlify), and advertising measurement (Meta) where you have consented to such processing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Your California rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Email privacy@zonezerocalifornia.com or call (213) 279-1931 and we will process your request.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses minimal scripting. reCAPTCHA and Meta measurement tools may set cookies subject to their own policies. This site does not use third-party advertising cookies of its own.
Changes
